What We Do

 

TackTick Business Solutions is your offshore operations partner. We provide trained professional support staff to help with tasks like admin, order processing, intake coordination, customer service and more. We plug right into your workflow seamlessly, reliably, and on your terms.

 

Working With Us

 

When you sign up for services, you’ll get a simple agreement outlining exactly what we’re doing for you and how much it’ll cost. No surprises.

 

  • Services are billed monthly in advance.
  • Payments are due within 7 days of the invoice date.
  • If a payment is late, a flat $50 late fee applies—no interest, just a clean fee.
  • If payment is still not received after 14 days, we may pause services until things are sorted.

 

Ending or Changing Services

 

Need to cancel or make changes? That’s easy!
Just let us know at least 14 days before your next billing cycle, and we’ll take care of it.
We keep things flexible so your support can scale with your needs.

 

Our Commitments to You

 

We take your business seriously. That means:

 

  • We treat your data and your customers like they’re our own.
  • We follow clear internal standards around privacy and security.
  • We never share or sell your information.
  • Our team works under strict confidentiality guidelines.

To make things run smoothly, you agree to:

 

  • Give us access to the systems and tools we need.
  • Respond in a timely manner so we can get the work done.
  • Refrain from soliciting or employing any of our team members at any time

 

Stuff Happens

 

Life happens. Power goes out. The internet acts up. If something interrupts service on our end, we’ll let you know ASAP and work to resolve it quickly.

 

Legal Stuff

 

We aim to keep things smooth, but if a dispute ever comes up, we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly and fairly.
We’re not liable for indirect or incidental losses (like lost revenue), and any liability on our end is limited to the total amount you’ve paid us in the last 3 months.

 

Updates & Notices

 

We’ll update these terms from time to time. If anything important changes, we’ll let you know at least 14 days in advance.
